The Fair

Hello everyone!

As you aknow Spain is a country where we love to party!
Today i wanna talk about The Fair.
The fair is an event generally begins two weeks after the Easter Week. The fair is always held in a outdoor enclosure. During the week of the fair, people can enjoy bullfights, concerts, attractions, restaurants, markets.
All cities in Spain holds its own fair. Although the most popular fair in Spain is the Seville April Fair.
The Fair can be enjoyed both day and night. Normally if you go at noon you can eat with family or friends in the typical Spanish food restaurants. In my hometown is tipical eat roast chicken, paella, migas, tapas. ^_^ The Fair at day it's a quieter place.
If you love the party...you must go at night, is most crowded and noisy, very popular among young people who like to go out at night.

The Seville April Fair.
The fair officially begins in the midnight when the elaborate main entrance with thousand of colorfull lights is iluminated. This fact is very popular around all Spain.
In Seville Fair you'll find many people enjoy the party, dancing "Sevillanas and flamenco", drinking Jerez liqueur, manzanilla wine and eating Tapas.
Each day the fiesta begins with the parade of carriages and riders, at midday, carrying Seville's leading citizens which make their way to the bullring, La Real Maestranza, where the bullfighters and breeders meet.

In the area of Andalusia is very tipical  men and women dressed up in their finery, ideally the traditional "traje corto" (short jacket, tight trousers and boots) for men and the "faralaes" or "trajes de flamenca" (flamenco style dress) for women. The men traditionally wear hats called "cordobés".
If you have a chance to go to the Fair I recommend you try the traditional sweets such as Turrón and caramelised almonds (garrapiñadas)

if you are interested in buy Flamenco costumes. check out this site.
